candela: rise and run

I recently returned from a visit to Mexico City where Thomas Patterson and Lux Populi hosted an amazing sequence of adventures, including a visit to this Felix Candela church. In addition to being cool cantilevered stairs, the time of day delivered these fine slivers of light. The parallel rays of the sun provide a precise tool for evaluating construction accuracy; the varying width of the light gives us feedback on the dimensional variation in the step height/width.
